How to Setup GMail in MS Outlook 2007 / 2010

GMail Configure for Microsoft Outlook 2007 / 2010

  1. Enable POP in your GMail Account
  2. Open the Microsoft Outlook 2010
  3. Click on File --> Account Settings --> Account Settings
  4. On the E-Mail tab, click on New
  5. Select E-mail Account then click on Next >
  6. Select Manually configure server settings or additional server types then select Next >
  7.  Select Internet E-mail then select Next >
  8. Fill up the User Information, Server Information, Logon Information..... see below
  9. Then click on More Settings button from right side
  10. Click on Outgoing Server tab & right sign on My outgoing server (SMTP).......
  11. Then Click on Advance tab & setting up the below screen 
  12. Then click on Ok
  13. Then click Next --> Finish
Congrats! You're done configuring your Outlook 2007/2010 to send and receive Gmail Messages.
