GMail Configure for Microsoft Outlook 2007 / 2010
- Enable POP in your GMail Account
- Open the Microsoft Outlook 2010
- Click on File --> Account Settings --> Account Settings
- On the E-Mail tab, click on New
- Select E-mail Account then click on Next >

Select Manually configure server settings or additional server types then select Next >
- Select Internet E-mail then select Next >
- Fill up the User Information, Server Information, Logon Information..... see below
- Then click on More Settings button from right side
- Click on Outgoing Server tab & right sign on My outgoing server (SMTP).......
- Then Click on Advance tab & setting up the below screen
- Then click on Ok
- Then click Next --> Finish
Congrats! You're done configuring your Outlook 2007/2010 to send and receive Gmail Messages.
